Ashish Verma
Founder & Director
A Design and Digital Marketing professional, Ashish co-founded International Travellers' Hostel with his mother, Shubha. The hostel opened its doors to travellers on 01.01.2013.
Now based in Germany, he also serves as the Creative Director of Ether Kreativ while continuing to oversee ITH remotely.
Shubha Verma
Co-Founder
(Secretly a superwoman), Shubha co-founded ITH with Ashish while co-managing another family business. She also blessed ITH with her finger-lickingly, lip-smackingly delicious food recipes.
Shubha is a charm among the travellers and makes our hostel as awesome as it is today.
Avneesh Kabra
Business Head – Asia
Based in Bangkok, Thailand, Avneesh brings in his perspicacious analytical skills into the ITH mix. He crunches the numbers and is working to expand ITH into the SE Asia region.

Rajesh is the man! He has been a key member of our family for over 17 years. He’s there to take all-round care of the hostel and our guests. Beware: His smile is contagious.

Jeetu is the man on the streets of Varanasi! A very patient driver, he has been with us for over 8 years already. He will most likely be the chauffeur for your airport transfer.

Nicolas hails from Argentina and has been living in Spain for many years. Based out of Valencia, Spain, he looks after and manages everything about our properties in the region.
